The price for the service includes external cleaning of all kitchen appliances, dusting of all fittings, carpets and mattresses vacuuming. An exhaustive checklist of everything included in the service is available in the End of Tenancy Checklist.

The end of tenancy clean is carried out with professional equipment and tools and a wide range of professional cleaning agents for every specific purpose (degreasers, descalers, disinfectants etc).
What does the end of tenancy cleaning service include?
NKLEAN teams keep an end of tenancy cleaning checklist. Everything listed in this list, together with the equipment and detergents used, is included in the fixed price for the service.

Cleaning all wall tiles (with a professional degreaser).
Cleaning of all the kitchen appliances (degreasing and polishing where applicable):
The oven – externally only.
The Fridge/Freezer – internally and externally.

How to Prepare Your Property for the End of Tenancy Cleaning Service?
Preparing your property for the end of tenancy cleaning is highly recommended. This is what to do prior to our NKLEAN’s team visit:

Switch off any refrigerators and freezers you might have at least 5 hours prior to the visit.

Empty the property to allow NKLEAN's teams to perform their work.

Remove any items from cupboards and shelves.

Put away all fragile, highly breakable items, jewellery, art and antiques must be removed.

Make sure there’s electricity, hot/cold water and toilet facilities for the cleaners.

Check all bathrooms, toilet and kitchen drains – they must be fully operational throughout the property to allow the cleaners to perform their job to the highest standard.
